Ingredients

173 grams rolled oats

52 grams cooked wild rice

3 grams cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder (4 grams)

¼ teaspoon salt

2 over ripe bananas (232 grams)

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (362 ml)

84 grams creamy peanut butter

31 grams maple syrup

11 grams ground flaxseed

4 grams vanilla extract

Directions

Mash bananas then add wet ingredients and stir.

Add oats

Put in 9x11 pan

bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Notes

Use more peanut butter next time and add collagen powder
