Red lentils
Green lentils
Shallot
Garlic
White wine
Vegetable broth
Directions
Make 1C red lentils w/ broth & salt until soft - mix with spoon so lentils fall apart
Sauté 1-2 shallots: add 2-3 crushed clove garlic - cook till fragrant
Deglaze with white wine
Add green lentils and broth and salt - cook until tender
Season with rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
