Quinoa Tahini Balls

Ingredients

Tahini or black sesame paste – 0.4 cup

Raw honey – 3T

Puffed quinoa – 1 cup

Chia seeds – 5 teaspoons

Pepitas (pumpkin seeds) – 6T, chopped

Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons

Coconut oil – 1/4 teaspoon, melted

Chocolate chips - 2 tablespoons (optional)

Sea salt – pinch

Directions

1. Mix base: In a medium bowl, stir together tahini, honey, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

2. Add dry ingredients: Fold in puffed quinoa, chia seeds, pepitas, and sesame seeds until the mixture holds together and is evenly coated.

3. Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for 15–20 minutes to firm up slightly.

4. Shape: Scoop about 1 tablespoon per ball and roll tightly between your palms.

5. Finish: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Serve chilled or at room temperature
