Justin is pretty damn predictable—the man loves a Mai Tai.

And while I’m quite ready to hear him critique me on my Mai Tai specs, I figured I’d whip something in the same direction with just a bit more Texas in it.

75oz | 22.5ml orgeat

75oz | 22.5ml pineapple juice

75oz | 22.5ml lemon juice

2oz | 60ml Still Austin Cask Strength Rye

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add pebble ice, and whip shake. Dump into your desired glass, top with more pebble ice. ‘Paint’ the top with Angostura bitters, and garnish with pineapple fronds.
