1/2 c. milk

1/3 c. vanilla Greek yogurt

1-2 tbsp. honey

1-2 tsp. Chia seeds (optional)

2 tbsp. strawberries; thinly sliced

2 tbsp. bananas; thinly sliced

2 tbsp. canned crushed pineapple

Combine oats, yogurt, Chia seeds and milk in a mason jar.

Top with strawberries, bananas, crushed pineapple and honey.

Seal and chill overnight.
