Spicy Garlic Butter Ranch Beef & Sweet Corn Rotini

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp garlic butter

½ tsp red pepper flakes or cayenne

1 packet ranch seasoning

2 cups cooked rotini pasta

1 cup corn

½ cup shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
