Spaghetti Bolognese

Pork and beef mince - 500g
Mutti Pomodoro San Marzano 400g x 2
Large carrots - 3
Brown onion
Celery sticks - 300g
Garlic - 1 piece
Pasta - linguini or spaghetti

Prepare pasta and put aside.
Peel carrots. Cut one carrot in half and put aside for later.
Trim celery.
Use a food processor to cut carrots and celery into small pieces. Check that this is equal size and portions.
Use a food processor to cut onion and garlic into smaller pieces.
Method
Put pan on medium heat.
Add onion and garlic. Heat until lightly brown.
Add carrots and celery. Heat until all ingredients golden, usually 10-15 minutes.
Add mince. Break down the mince into small pieces. Cook until cooked through.
Add tomatoes and the saved carrot halves from earlier. Break tomatoes down.
Simmer pan for 10-15 minutes.
