Chicken thigh 1kg OR whole chicken - cut in small chunks
蒜蓉豆豉酱 1 tbsp (李锦记)
糖1小勺
白胡椒粉撒2-3下
生抽 (fairly generous),料酒
葱段,姜片
淀粉一大勺(裹上)
栗子 (frozen, wash before use)
Spring onion, minced, to garnish
步骤
1. Add all sauces/condiments for marinade - massage in with chicken
2. Add starch and mix well, add oil to lock in sauce. Marinade for 1-2 hours
3. Add chestnuts before steaming (can be frozen). Steam for 40 minutes at 100C
4. Garnish with spring onion and serve
