36 Biscoff cookies (plus 4 crushed)
¾ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup Biscoff spread
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange cookies in a single layer to cover the pan.
Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes (or until it reaches 300°F).
Remove from heat and stir in Biscoff spread until smooth.
Pour over cookies and spread evenly. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt, then spread evenly.
Top with crushed cookies. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
