Sesame & Lime Marinated Chicken

500 g chicken breast or thighs, cut into pieces 🍗
2 tablespoons soy sauce 🍶
1 tablespoon lime juice 🍋
1 tablespoon sesame oil 🌰
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 🍯
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 🫚
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger (2 minutes).
Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) ⏱️ (30 minutes).
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat (2 minutes).
Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked and golden brown (12–14 minutes).
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot with rice or vegetables 😋✨ (1 minute).
