Balsamic Tomato Basil Bread Dip

Tomatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
Fresh basil, chopped
Small red shallots, finely diced
Garlic, minced
Lemon zest
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese
