Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup mirin (or rice vinegar)
2 tosp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tosp cornstarch mixed with 1 tosp water
Cooked rice for serving
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:
1. Cook Chicken: In a skillet, cook chicken strips until browned and cooked through.
2. Make Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, mirin, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour into skillet with chicken.
3. Thicken Sauce: Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
4. Serve: Serve over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
