• 500g beef mince
1 egg
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp salt
1 small onion, grated
2 T extra BBQ sauce
步骤
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.
2. Place all of the ingredients apart from the extra BBQ sauce in a large bowl. Mix together with your hands or a wooden spoon. Shape into 6 round rissoles.
3. In a large frying pan, fry the rissoles for 2 minutes each side.
4. Place on a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, brush over the extra BBQ sauce then return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until cooked through.
备注
• These can also be cooked on the BBQ, just grill on each side then turn the heat down so they don't burn. Grill until cooked through. Brush over the extra BBQ sauce just before serving.
• I like to finely grate the onion so that my kids don't see it.
• These also make great burger patties, just press the mixture into flat rounds and serve in burgers with your favourite fillings.
