ICING
8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1-3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts

Mix cake ingredients by hand
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in 9x13 pan
Make up icing while baking
For icing, cream cheese and butter
Add rest and mix well
Spread on cake while hot
