Big Mac Casserole

2 lbs ground beef

1 cup thousand island dressing

1/4 cup Mayo

1 cup diced yellow onion

1 cup diced dill pickle

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Salt & Pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar

24 oz frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Brown and drain ground beef (with a pat of butter) in a large pan.

Add thousand island, Mayo, onion, pickle, and seasonings to the pan. Stir until combined.

In a sprayed casserole dish, dump the mixture and spread evenly.

Sprinkle cheese over meat layer.

Place tater tots over cheese in a single layer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Sprinkle lettuce on top, and then add a drizzle of thousand island
