1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Sriracha sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bread the Chicken: Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Make Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

Assemble Bowls: Divide cooked rice, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and baked chicken among serving bowls.

Drizzle Sauce: Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the chicken and rice.
