12 oz elbow macaroni

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

¾ cup heavy cream

2 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra richness)

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Optional: red pepper flakes or crispy onions for topping

Boil the Macaroni:

Cook in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak Bites:

Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and lots of cracked black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Sear steak 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy. Remove and rest.

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.

Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thick and creamy.

Combine It All:

Add macaroni and steak to the sauce. Stir gently to coat every piece in rich garlic-Parmesan goodness. Let it all simmer 1–2 minutes.

Serve:

Top with chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, or crispy onions if you’re feelin’ fancy.
