1 tsp baking powder
Spices to taste (salt, paprika, garlic powder, oregano…)

It’s best to soak the lentils for 2 hours beforehand.)
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a regular plastic bag with the tip cut off.
Pipe small shapes onto a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes, until crispy.
