1 cup coconut water

½ cup toasted coconut chips

3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

1.In a small saucepan, combine coconut water, toasted coconut chips, and honey. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir until the honey dissolves. Simmer for 10–15 minutes to infuse, then remove from heat.

2.Let it steep for another 10 minutes. Strain out the coconut chips and let the syrup cool. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Toasted Coconut Creamy Margarita Mocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz coconut water

2 oz unsweetened coconut milk (from the can for creaminess)

0.5-1 oz toasted coconut syrup

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz non-alcoholic tequila or regular

Ice

To serve:

Lime slice

Fresh mint

Optional: Toasted coconut flakes on the rim

Instructions:

In a shaker or glass, combine coconut water, coconut milk, toasted coconut syrup, lime juice, and NA tequila. Shake or stir well until creamy and combined. Pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lime, a sprig of mint, and optional toasted coconut.
