1 lb ground beef

1 (16 oz) can refried beans

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 packet taco seasoning

2 green onions, sliced

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and mix in taco seasoning.

In a bowl, mix refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and tomatoes until smooth.

Fold in seasoned beef, 1 cup cheddar, and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack.

Spread into a greased 9×13-inch dish. Top with remaining cheeses.

Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and melted. Garnish with green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips.
