Snickerdoodles*

1 cup vegetable shortening

1-1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2-3/4 cups flour

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Hướng dẫn

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs

Sift together and stir in dry ingredients

Roll in balls the size of walnuts

Roll in mixture of 2T sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon

Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
