Chocolate Mousse

1 cup cottage cheese (2 % - 4%)

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 tsp oil

2 tbsp honey

Hướng dẫn

In a small food processor add cottage cheese, cocoa and vanilla and purée until very smooth.

Melt chocolate chips and oil for about 1 minute on medium heat just until you can mix well. Add to food processor and purée well.

Add honey and purée.

Pour into individual small serving dishes and garnish with fresh berries. I like to dust icing sugar over top, optional but recommended!
