Sweet Potato Pound Cake

Cream 590g sugar with 2 sticks softened butter until light in color & fluffy

Hướng dẫn

Add 6 eggs one at a time, followed by 1tbsp of vanilla bean paste & 260g of roasted sweet potato

Then add 75g vegetable oil & 185g sour cream

Lastly add the dry ingredients

375g flour

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

2 pinches of salt

Sift together then add to the batter, I start in the mixer and mix the rest by hand

Bake at 350° for around an hour. Test with tooth pick for moist crumbs.

Mine bake for about 1hr 15 mins, but baking them with steam increasing my baking time.
