Tarter Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup Sweet Pickle Relish

2 tablespoons Finley Chopped Onion

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well, adjust sweet relish to taste. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Stir prior to serving.
