1 kg chicken wings

½ cup hot sauce

¼ cup butter

Salt & pepper

Season wings with salt and pepper.

Bake at 200°C for 40–45 min (or fry until crispy).

Melt butter and mix with hot sauce.

Toss wings in sauce and serve.

Honey Garlic Wings

Ingredients

1 kg wings

¼ cup honey

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Bake or fry wings until crispy.

Simmer honey, garlic, and soy sauce.

Toss wings in sauce and cook 2–3 min.

BBQ Wings

Ingredients

1 kg wings

½ cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp oil

Salt

Instructions

Toss wings with oil and salt.

Bake at 200°C until cooked.

Coat with BBQ sauce and bake 5 min more.

Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients

Wings

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic

¼ cup grated parmesan

Instructions

Cook wings until crispy.

Melt butter with garlic.

Toss wings and sprinkle parmesan.

Teriyaki Wings

Ingredients

Wings

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp honey

Garlic

Instructions

Bake wings.

Simmer sauce until thick.

Toss wings in sauce.

Sweet Chili Wings

Ingredients

Wings

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

Chili flakes

Instructions

Cook wings.

Toss with sauce and heat briefly.

Crispy Baked Wings

Ingredients

Wings

1 tbsp baking powder

Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions

Coat wings with baking powder and spices.

Bake at 220°C until very crispy.

Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients

Wings

2 tbsp butter

Lemon juice

Lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

Bake wings.

Toss with butter, lemon juice, seasoning.

Korean Sticky Wings

Ingredients

Wings

2 tbsp gochujang

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

Sesame oil

Instructions

Cook wings until crispy.

Heat sauce ingredients.

Toss wings and garnish with sesame seeds.
