Mac & Cheese, Stovetop + Bake

32 oz Elbow noodles

16oz of freshly shredded mild cheddar

7oz freshly shredded smoked Gouda

12 oz Velveeta cheese

1 cup of mozzarella cheese

1/2 package cream cheese

1 stick butter

1 1/4 cups milk

Hướng dẫn

Bake on 400° for 15 -20 minutes

Combine the cheddar and Gouda. Half the cheese. Use one half for the cheese sauce and the remaining cheese for the topping.

Boil elbow macaroni, according to package. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Melt the butter over a medium heat. Add milk. Stir. Add Velveeta and Cream cheese. Melt. Reduce the heat and add half of the Chedder and Gouda. Melt. Stir continuously.

Add cooked elbow noodles to cheese sauce. Stir. Add half of the mac & cheese to a oven safe baking pan, top with shredded cheese . Add the remaining Mac & cheese. Add mozzarella to remaining shredded cheese and sprinkle over top of Mac and cheese.
