Shortbread Cookies

1 lb butter, whipped (soften first)

1 cup cornstarch (mix well)

1 cup icing sugar (mix well)

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (mix very well)

Sprinkles for the top or 1 Toblerone bar for a nice touch of chocolate

Hướng dẫn

Mix all ingredients together

If adding Toblerone, wrap in saran wrap and chill for 20 minutes to harden

Bake in a 325°F oven for 11–12 minutes
