Hot Honey Pepperoni Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast

This was the most perfect, quick, high protein lunch 🤤 If you don’t like the taste of cottage cheese, don’t worry, you can’t taste it! Save for later☝🏼

568 kcals (for both)

36g PRO, 62g CHO, 20g FAT

2 slices of sourdough bread

2 tbsp of tomato paste

Italian seasoning

Garlic granules/garlic salt

150g of low fat cottage cheese

Salt/pepper

30g of shredded mozzarella

6 slices of pepperoni

2 tsp of parmesan

15g of hot honey

Fresh parsley

Hướng dẫn

Lightly toast the sourdough.

Spread the tomato paste onto each slice and sprinkle over a little Italian seasoning and garlic granules/salt.

Spoon the cottage cheese on top of the bread and press down. Sprinkle over the mozzarella.

Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.

Remove and stick the pepperoni on top of the cheese. Place back in the air fryer for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese has fully melted and is browned/bubbling.

Sprinkle over the parmesan, drizzle over the hot honey and garnish with parsley.
