Chocolate Cake*

2 cups flour

1-3/4 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1-3/4 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

2/3 cup soft vegetable shortening

1 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

Hướng dẫn

Sift dry ingredients into bowl

Add shortening and water

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed

Scrape sides and bottom of bowl

Add vanilla and eggs; beat well

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
