Cocktail Meatballs

2 pounds ground chuck

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp onion

4 tbsp butter

1/2 cup oregano

1 cup sherry wine

1 cup ketchup

Hướng dẫn

Mix first five ingredients, shape into tiny meatballs.

Brown in oven 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes and turn until brown. Pour off grease.

Add meatballs, oregano, sherry wine and ketchup to large saucepan.

Heat over medium heat and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
