Crispy Asian Potatoes

1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup water
3 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce (optional tamari)
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 pound new potatoes (cut into bite size pieces)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
Hướng dẫn
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and corn starch and set aside.
Add bite size potatoes to the skillet, toss to coat with the oil, and cook until just until crispy and golden... being careful not to burn.
Cook
Pour soy mixture over potatoes and continue to cook until mixture thickens and potatoes are fork tender. Add additional water if needed, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top. Enjoy!
