Sausage Gravy

1lb breakfast sausage

4 tbsps butter

3/4 cup Flour

5 cups milk

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage in pan over medium heat. Add butter and melt

Once butter is melted mix in flour til incorporated, let cook a couple mins to brown flour

Add 2 cups of milk and let thicken stiting constantly , add salt and pepper. Once bubbling add rest of milk and let thicken.

Serve over your favorite biscuits or toast. May need more pepper… don’t be shy
