Date Pudding*

1 cup chopped dates

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup pecans

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1 egg

1 cup sugar

1 cup hot water

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Hướng dẫn

Mix together dates, baking soda, butter and boiling water

Set aside to cool

Mix together pecans, sugar, flour, and egg

Add to first mixture and pour into baking dish

Stir together sugar, hot water, butter and chopped nuts

Once sugar is dissolved, pour over top

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
