Cajun Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

12oz bacon

2 chicken breasts

1 tbsp Britscookin Cajun seasoning (My spices can be found on Amazon and I have a list of stores on my website.)

1 tbsp Brit’s Cookin’ Garlic & Herb

1 shallot, diced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1½ tbsp ranch seasoning (about ½ packet)

Black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar

½ cup Parmesan

1 lb bowtie or penne pasta

parsley to garnish

Hướng dẫn

Bake bacon at 400°F for 20–25 min until crispy.

Season chicken with Cajun + garlic & herb, then cook in bacon grease or olive oil until done. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the diced shallot for 1–2 min.

Add cream + broth, then stir in ranch seasoning, black pepper, and a little more garlic & herb!

When it starts to bubble whisk in cheddar + Parmesan until melted. Turn off heat

Stir pasta into the sauce.

Chop bacon + chicken, add it in, and toss everything together.

Top with parsley and serve with salad and bread!
