2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons oil

Stir all into moistened. Drop spoonfuls into bubbling stew. Cover and bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 12 to 15 minutes. Do not lift cover!
