2g Baking Powder

300g Diced Skinless Chicken Breast (raw weight)

Light Cooking Oil Spray (Brand: Frylight)

1 Whisked Egg (or egg white / egg beaters)

KFC Herbs And Spices:

1 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Mustard Powder

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Thyme

1 Tsp Basil

1/2 Tsp Celery Salt

1 Tsp Oregano

1 Tsp White Pepper

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 ½ Tsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tsp Ginger Powder

Use whichever seasonings you have available.

20g Light Butter (Nuttelex light)

10g Minced Garlic (or fresh diced garlic)

40g Light Sweet Chilli Sauce

15g Grated Parmesan Cheese

Dried Parsley

Cooking Times:

Air Fry = 16 - 18 Min 200°C or 400°F (flip half way)

Oven Bake = 20 - 25 Min 200°C or 400°F (flip half way)
