Pretzel Salad

Crust:

2C. Crushed pretzel sticks

3T. Sugar

3C. melted mang (use butter)

Middle Cream Layer:

8oz. cream cheese

1C. powdered sugar

1 large Cool whip (12 oz)

Strawberry Layer:

1 large strawberry jello

2 cups boiling water

2 10oz frozen strawberries

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Hướng dẫn

Crust:

Spread in a 9x13 dish, bake at 400 for 7 minutes, then cool

Cream Layer:

Mix together all cream ingredients, spread over cooled crust mixture

Strawberry layer:

Dissolve strawberry jello with 2 cups boiling water. Add crushed strawberries and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened and pour very carefully over cream layer. Chill all together until jello is set
