Spicy Sunflower Noodles

1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (start with 2 tablespoons!)
1 tbsp gochujang (start with half)
1 tbsp sriracha (optional, can use 2 total tbsp of any chili sauce)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup hot water
2 cups cooked wheat noodles (2 blocks of frozen udon)
green onion, optional
Hướng dẫn
In a medium sized bowl add sunflower seed butter, gochgaru, sriracha, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil, stir until well combined.
Add 1/4 cup hot water (I use the water leftover from boiling noodles) and stir until creamy.
Add noodles and toss together. Top with green onion if desired.
