Shredded Cheese for Topping

Cook package according to directions. Halfway through cooking, add all spices except brown sugar and stir.

One minute before removing from heat, add brown sugar and stir.

Remove from heat and let cool. Serve and top with cheese and parsley flakes (optional), Ritz Cracker Topping (optional; see Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese for recipe) and cooked meat.
