WAFFLE PARTY SOUR

2 oz waffle & butter infused bourbon*

3/4 oz lemon

3/4 oz maple syrup

1 egg white

2 dashes angostura bitters

garnish: mini waffle, nutmeg

Hướng dẫn

Add all the ingredients into a shaker without ice. Dry shake. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with mini buttered waffle and grated nutmeg.

Waffle & butter infused bourbon-

1 1/2 cup bourbon (I used @wyomingwhiskey small batch)| 1 waffle* | 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

Cut up the waffle. And add to a jar. Melt butter. Add melted butter to the jar. Pour in the bourbon. Let infuse for 4 hours. Place in the freezer for 2 hours to solidify the butter. Use a coffee filter to strain the bourbon. Store in a jar for up to 6 months.
