4 cups sifted flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

6 to 8 tablespoons of cold water

Stir in one egg and work in a section of flour. Repeat until all worked through. Same with the water 1 tablespoon at a time.

Kneed on floured board until smooth approximately 20 minutes
