1/2 cup dill pickles, minced

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1 tablespoon shallots, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Zest from 1 lemon

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt
