Frozen Protein S’mores

1 container of light cool whip

1 scoop of Ascent protein powder (linked in my stories!)

6 graham crackers

1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 Tbsp coconut oil (helps the chocolate spread)

Yöntemler

Prepare the Protein Mixture :: Mix the whip with the protein powder in a bowl until well combined, place in the fridge.

Assemble the Layers:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place graham crackers down flat.

Spread the melted chocolate chips evenly over the graham crackers. Place in the freezer flat for about five minutes.

Top the frozen chocolate with the protein mixture, spreading it smoothly.

Freeze again! Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours

until firm. enjoy!
