Korean Beef Bowl

- 1 ½ lbs fresh ground beef 
- 3 Tbsp Gochujang 
- 2 tsp sesame oil 
- 3 tbsp soy sauce 
- 3 tbsp honey 
- 4 tbsp green onion sliced 
- 2 tsp ginger 
- 2 tsp garlic 
- Handful brown sugar 
- 3/4 Cup white rice - cooked and cooled 
Optional toppings:
- Spicy mayo 
- Eel sauce 
- Sriracha 
- Green onions 
Yöntemler
- Brown your beef. Use paper towel to get excess fat/oil. 
- Add in all your ingredients starting at the beginning of the list. 
- Follow video. Mix up nice, simmer and stir for 2 minutes. 
- Add in cooked and cooled white rice, lightly fold in. Cook for another 2 minutes. 
- Top with sauces and more green onion.
