Macaroni Salad

2 cup dry elbow noodles, cooked, rinsed with cold water and cooled

1/2 cup celery

1/4 cup chopped green peppers

1 cup Frozen peas, thawed

Cheese, cubed

Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4-1/2 cup miracle whip

4 TBS Hendrickson sweet vinegar & oil salad dressing

1-2 teaspoons prepared mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/8-1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/8-1/4 teaspoon onion powder

2-4 Tablespoons milk

Yöntemler

Cook pasta in salted water, drain, rinse with cold water and let cool. Add other ingredients and stir. (I use the amount of cubed cheese that looks good.) Whisk the dressing and reserve 1/2 cup separate and refrigerate. Pour the rest of the dressing on the salad and stir. Chill the salad and pour the reserved dressing on right before serving.
