Beef Paratha Pastries

Perfect to prep for the week, store in the freezer and reheat for iftar or great if you’re hosting this Ramadan 🫶🏽

Yöntemler

Bend 1 onion, 6 cloves garlic, handful of parsley and coriander and add to beef mince in a large bowl

Add 1tsp ground cumin, 1tsp ground coriander, 1 TBSP red pepper paste, garlic powder, any kebab/shawarma seasoning mix, sumac, salt, pepper, EVOO and mix well

Let frozen parathas defrost slightly - just until they’re soft enough to fold. Add mince and fold parathas over and seal then flip so the seam side is on the bottom and pop on a lined baking tray

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top

Bake at 200C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked
