Sourdough Discard Chocolate Lava Cakes

100g sourdough discard
150g dark chocolate
100g unsalted butter
100g sugar
2 large eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
Yöntemler
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease 4 ramekins.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler, then let cool slightly.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
4. Stir in the sourdough discard and melted chocolate mixture.
5. Fold in the flour and salt until smooth.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
7. Let the cakes cool for 2-3 minutes before inverting onto plates.
8. Serve immediately with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.😍
