Protein Bagels 🥯

Mix dry ingredients first
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix greek yogurt with dry ingredients
1 1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
Mix and knead ingredients until it becomes a dough (I like to sprinkle in additional flour if the dough is too sticky).
Roll and form into 4-6 bagels, brush mixed egg on top of bagels, and add your topping of choice.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown!
