What you’ll need:
Orzo
2lb chicken
Salt, pepper, onion + garlic powder, paprika
1/2 cucumber (or 4 small cucs)
2 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
Parsley
Feta
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp lime juice
วิธีทำ
Cube your chicken and add a heafty amount of salt, pepper, onion + garlic powder, and paprika. Then cook your chicken for 5-7 minutes on medium heat or until fully cooked.
Dice your cucumber and tomato’s and red onion. Add to bowls and set aside.
In a large bowl, add your orzo, diced veggies, and cooked chicken. Add parsley and feta, along with olive oil and lime juice (add salt if desired). Mix until well combined and enjoy!!
