ส่วนผสม

Beautiful, easy, and packed with flavor — this salmon is sweet, savory, citrusy, and just a little spicy. And the Silan gives it the most gorgeous color!

For the marinade:

2½ lbs salmon fillet, skin on

3 tbsp soy sauce

1½ tbsp Silan (date syrup)

1 tbsp fresh orange juice

1 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, chopped

½ red chili, finely chopped

6 mint leaves, chopped

Small handful fresh cilantro, chopped

Zest of ½ lime

Black pepper

A little chili spice, optional

For the salmon:

Cut the salmon into strips, stopping just before the skin so the pieces stay connected.

วิธีทำ

Mix the marinade ingredients well. Rub it generously over the salmon, making sure to get the marinade down into the cuts.

Arrange thin lemon slices around and between the salmon pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated 400°F / 200°C convection oven for 15–17 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.

Serve warm and enjoy!
